comprehensive one too...
FAQ
1. what the hell is outlast?
outlast is a musical challenge mixed by haruzo and dj sonetti (all
quotes and songs copyright by their respective owners.) it is in fact a series of cds, though only connected in style. the
amount of volumes in the series is indefinite at this point - we could keep making these till the 'crunch.
2. how can i listen to it?
well, contact me or dj sonetti, or anyone who you know is in possesion
of one of the volumes. availible only to people in the act... or friends of people in the act. or friends of me or sonetti.
3. what rating does it have?
it's somewhat mature content, with high level explicit language.
apart from that there is no ethnic vilification etc.
4. what genre is it?
minimalism. a genre using lots of samples and repeats.
5. how do i "play"?
the quest is to make it through all the cds (or one cd) without stopping
or skipping tracks. of course this is bloody difficult even for the likes of me. listeners take this test at their own risk
really... and their own waste of time. you may copy this cd, but remember to credit us if you are to distribute it. do NOT
change the track names. you may also upload this cd onto your computer. also feel free to let anyone listen to your copy.
6. what happens when i finish it?
well, you won't, so who cares? nah, j/k. anyway, contact either me (haruzo) or dj sonetti. we will probably ask you some questions about various songs, then we will ask for
a name to post on the wall of the outlasters (outlasters are people who have outlasted outlast...) you may give a nickname
or w/e.
